Its officially FALL…aka pumpkin season, as we all know, and I am one of the thousands who are obsessed with it…no shame in my game!
I love the number of things you find in stores now that are pumpkin spice…whether it’s the flavor or pumpkin spice themed.
My absolute favorite pumpkin spice thing right now is coffee creamer…who knew?
You know me and coffee, so really it’s no surprise. Today, I am sharing a few of my current favorite pumpkin spice…anything! 😁
1. Jordan’s Skinny (Sugar Free) Syrups
One of my mom’s friends had these and wasn’t a fan. She knew I loved pumpkin spice and passed them off for me to try. I love them!!
Since these are the syrups, I pour a little almond milk in with it, for a creamier taste. You have to be careful with these, though, a little goes a long way! It’s a nice alternative to the super sugary syrups they add to the pumpkin spice lattes at Starbucks! You can find these here if you want to try!
2. Pumpkin Spice Nutpods
One of my clients first told me about Nutpods coffee creamer and I fell in love! It’s a dairy free based creamer you can get in an original flavor (much like half and half), vanilla, hazelnut, and of course, pumpkin spice!
It’s unsweetened, so if you like the little extra sweet in your coffee, you can add a little stevia or truvia. It’s delicious…find it here!
3. Friends’ Apartment Warming Gifts
A couple of my friends from the gym gave me a present/apartment warming gift…and boy do they know me well! I love my Fall kitchen towels. “Stressed, Blessed, and Pumpkin Spice Obsessed”…I’d say this is me! I actually have a coffee mug that says it too!
I can’t wait to light my fall candle either! I keep forgetting to pick a lighter up…
Love my sweet friends!
4. Glade room spray
This was seriously only $1.00 from Target…and it smells fabulous!! Not much else to say about this besides you should go get some!
There are way more pumpkin things I love, but I’m sticking with this current list of my faves.
Questions for you?
Whats your favorite pumpkin/pumpkin spice item or food?
Are you even a pumpkin spice person? If not, do you like the apple spice instead?
Ive been patiently awaiting the internet at my new apartment, so I’m a little late getting a post up for you guys.
I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and were able to spend it with friends and family. Friday was spent up at the hospital for Austin’s Dad’s bypass surgery. Everything went SO good and the recovery process has begun. Day by day!
Saturday was…MOVE IN day!
I haven’t finished putting everything up and/or decorating, and I don’t have all my furniture yet, so those pictures will be coming soon.
The apartment has much more space than I first anticipated. Moving in was my first time to be able to see it. And one of the things I love is that my patio doesn’t face the parking lot…so I can sit out, drink coffee, and see some nature! 😀
The first official fall decor is up! <3
So before I get into this official grocery haul, I want to highlight how much I love the grocery pick up option at Walmart.
At my old apartment, I took advantage of this free grocery pickup quite often. It’s so convenient with my schedule sometimes, even though I’m one who loves to physically grocery shop! Like, for real, you could pay me to buy your groceries and I’d be happy about it! 😊
After moving in, I scheduled a grocery pickup for Sunday around noon. I knew I was going to already have some food that I took with me Saturday, but knew I wouldn’t feel up to going up and down aisles for groceries. Moving is a whole other workout level sometimes!
All you do is go on the Walmart Grocery App, pick your Walmart location, set a pickup time, and you can get to ordering your groceries.
You have to have a $30 minimum, but if you’re getting things you need, it should be no problem getting there! 😊
They make it easy to shop by category, so if you know exactly what you need, or are looking for a specific product, you can go to that catoegory to make it quicker. This goes for non grocery pick up orders as well.
I also love the option where they show you what you’ve ordered in the past and make it easy to order past items. If you ordered a lot of similar items, this comes in handy!
I spent a little over $60 and got all of this!
Questions for you:
Have you ever used the Walmart Grocery pickup option before?
What’s one of your go-to grocery items you purchase almost every time?
I don’t know what it is about summer that makes smoothies taste so good!
Probably the fact they are cool and refreshing. I make them for breakfast and sometimes lunch when I’m in a smoothie mood. I’m not very fancy with my smoothies very often. I’m a simple girl when it comes to these.
I also reach for whatever is usually around the house, and that means I always have frozen blueberries, bananas, and sometimes strawberries.
So today, I wanted to share with you my 2 favorite go-to smoothie recipes!
I combine frozen blueberries, a banana, almond milk, and protein powder into my blender. I alternate the kind of protein powder I use.
Sunwarrior Protein– you can find it here. You can also find it at Vitamin Shoppe and some GNCs.
Tone it Up protein– you can find it at Target stores!
**TIP- when blending frozen fruit, I always place it first in blender and pour my almond milk over it and let it sit a minute. Still keeps it frozen but still easy to blend!
From time to time I’ll add a tablespoon of peanut butter in for a little extra. It makes it more like a pb + j smoothie!
This one is a little more simple, but just as tasty and a great way to sneak some greens in!
I combine frozen banana, a couple dates, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and spinach.
I never taste the spinach, since the banana and vanilla protein powder are stronger tasting, so it’s perfect!
The good thing with smoothies is there are so many options! Play around with different fruits and protein powders (if that’s your thing), and see what you like!
These are my go-to smoothies and they never disappoint me! 🙂
Happy Friday guys!
I am so glad the weekend is about here. I thought I would start making Fridays a weekly recap post of what I ate and/or things that took place during the week. This one is mostly foods I ate.
Let me know if you like these posts!
I am also thinking about seriously bringing back the YouTube video. I made one and published it, and attempted a few other times to make another one, and it just faded out. But I enjoyed making them, and I had a lot of great feedback.
Let me know what you think of continuing them on! Here is a link to the first video I made:
Now, on to the recap!
Breakfast Monday morning was 2 scrambled eggs topped with Daiya (dairy free) cheese, alongside a piece of toast topped with the Wild Maine Blueberry Jam my sweet friend got me in Maine!
I worked on my fat bomb post, and for a snack grabbed a Fiber One bar. No picture of that! Lol I stayed busy getting the post done, went with dad on a grocery trip, and when I got back, whipped up lunch.
I mixed jasmine rice with corn, black beans, broccoli, and mixed it all together with salsa. I topped it l over a bed of greens. It was so good!
I ran over to pick up the MealFit food for my gym, and on the way back had a couple rice cakes with peanut butter on them.
This workout I did with Austin and his brother was most challenging for me! So many overhead squats and thrusters!! I got me a Fitaid drink afterwards for extra recovery.
Dinner was a bowl of oatmeal with banana slices and peanut butter. Completely forgot to snap a picture. It wasn’t very pretty anyway lol. I was sleepy and hungry so I threw it together!
Tuesday morning for breakfast I mixed dairy free blueberry yogurt with my chocolate plant based protein powder, and topped it with Bear Naked granola, banana slices, and drizzled with JIF powdered peanut butter. Such a tasty bowl!
After a couple clients, I came back home for lunch. I had more of my salsa rice mixture over a bed of greens and topped with delicious avocado!
I think this is the most perfect avocado I’ve ever cut open! What joy!
For a little something sweet, I had a few bites of this dairy free version of Halo Top ice cream. This is my absolute favorite dairy free ice cream (next to Ben and Jerry’s!)
I taught kids Crossfit class at 4, did the class at 5 for my workout, ran across town for my evening client, and when I came back heated up a bowl of my spaghetti squash, topped with my Daiya dairy free cheese.
It did not take long for me to fall asleep after that!
Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with a little peanut butter and a fat bomb I made earlier this week. Get the recipe here!
For lunch me, Austin, and Dad went to Mugshots for a late bday lunch for Austin. We started off with their fried pickles. SO good! They gave us so many pickles that we had to take most home.
I ordered the turkey burger with a side of sweet potato fries!
Afterwards Austin and I headed to the mall to get a shirt he needed, and we got Starbucks while we were there. Go figure! That held me over until the gym. Hit some PRs that night!
Dinner was 2 pieces of chicken from Dominos and a low carb wrap with peanut butter. Needless to say, Wednesday got off track a little. It was a treat day for sure!
Thursday morning started off with 2 fried eggs and a piece of toast with half peanut butter and half blueberry jam!
I picked up Austin and dropped him off where him and his buddies were meeting and they were headed off to the beach. So jealous of them!
For lunch I threw together a salad topped with smoked turkey, cucumbers, and topped with fat free ranch. I also had a small bowl of jasmine rice.
On my way to my afternoon client, I enjoyed this Mountain Zevia drink (tastes like Mountain Dew!)
After my client, i went and picked up my cousin Devin (he’s in visiting with his family from Texas) and he took the kids Crossfit class I taught at 4. He rocked it!
I was going to do some light ab work or the Assault bike during the 5pm class, since my Mayhem team was planning on practicing at 6, then I found out a couple of my team members may not make it, so I decided to do the workout at 5. We did a 400 meter run, walking lunges with #35, 50 double unders, 25 toes to bars (I had to do hanging knee raises), back down to 50 double unders and another set of lunges.
By the end of the workout both the other ladies ended up coming, even though one girl on the team has an injured hand, so she is taking it easy. I decided to join them in the workout for Mayehm, so I ate some dates for a quick energy source and drank this FitAid.
I was pooped after back to back workouts, and I was ready for dinner! I had a bowl of my spaghetti squash again, mixed in with spaghetti sauce and smoked turkey.
I had this chocolate plant based protein shake alongside of it, for some extra protein.
Before bed (9 something maybe), I was still a little hungry, so I grabbed a bowl of cheerios and then I headed straight to bed!
So glad today is Friday! What are your weekend plans? I will be spending it some more with my family that’s in town, and Austin gets back on Sunday so I hope to see him then too!
Happy Monday Folks!
I hope you all had a great weekend!
I spent yesterday celebrating Austin’s 25th birthday…well, really since last week! We threw a surprise get together Thursday night for him and it went off without a hitch!
We played it off like we were going to Top Golf, but going to pick up our friends Amber and Scotty, which wouldn’t be anything out of the ordinary, since we’ve picked them up before.
we had a great group of people to come and help celebrate!
We kept things simple with ordering pizza, and my friend Michele made the brownies!
It cant be a party without the guys playing Fortnite!
Yesterday was celebrating with his family, and we enjoyed steak, fries, and cheesecake! (I didn’t get any pictures last night!) It was nice just to enjoy each other’s company.
Now, on to the recipe!
Something big to make in the Keto world, are fat bombs. Normally these have few ingredients, including coconut oil, and you can play around for different flavors.
Just because these are labeled as Keto, doesn’t mean just those following the Keto diet can enjoy these little gems. This is a great healthy source of fat, and can be great as a snack or even dessert!
-1 cup coconut oil
-1 cup nut butter
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used the dark chocolate kind)
-pinch of salt
1. Over low-medium heat, melt the coconut oil + nut butter in a pot. Mix well.
2.Add in cocoa powder and salt. Mix well.
3.Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. (You can also spread wax paper over a cookie sheet, and make this into a chocolate bark. I actually posted a chocolate bark recipe similar to these fat bombs! Check that out here.)
4. Pop out of ice tray when ready and enjoy! Must store in freezer.
Happy Friday, y’all!
Can you believe it is the first day of JUNE??
For me, this means my beach trip is only a number of days away and I cannot wait!!
Today I am sharing with you a peanut butter pie I made over Memorial Day weekend last week. I wanted something like this, but less in calories, sugar, little to no dairy, etc.
I think this pie turned out great and it seemed to be a hit with the parents too!
Healthier Peanut Butter Pie
-1 pie crust (pre-made graham cracker OR the kind you have to bake first…I used a gluten free crust.)
-1 8oz container of cool whip of choice (I used this kind)
-8 oz vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 5 oz vanilla Greek and the other I used a vanilla almond milk base yogurt)
-1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (can add a tablespoon or 2 of regular PB if you want)
-Chocolate chips to top the pie with (I used these)
1. IF using pie crust that you need to bake, follow instructions and let cool COMPLETELY.
2.Next, mix together the cool whip, yogurt, powdered peanut butter (and/or regular PB) all together.
3.Spoon mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with chocolate chips of choice.
4. Place + store in freezer until ready to eat!
When ready for a slice, let the pie sit out of the freezer 5-10 minutes to soften just a little, and it should be ready to cut!
Question for you: What is YOUR favorite kind of pie??
I promise I’ll be better at posting more consistently!
I hope everyone had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend and were able to enjoy it with friends, family, good food, and fun! 🙂
Yesterday morning started with training a couple clients, and afterwards I headed to my gym for the Memorial Day “Murph” workout!
I munched on some dates on the way there and finished up my morning coffee.
We had a great group to show up for the workout. When you have class times spread throughout the day, you don’t always get to see everyone.
”Murph” is a workout in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in 2005 in Afghanistan.
(Before + After)
My friend, Amber, and I split up the workout. It was both our first time to do this workout so we decided to run the miles together and split it into rounds and take turns: 5 pull ups, 10 pushups, and 15 air squats. Those pushups got to me more than anything, even with me having to do a modified pull-up.
It was rainy the whole morning, so we ended up getting pretty wet by the end. We finished in 51:50 and I say we rocked it! It was tough, even splitting it up, and my arms are so sore today!
Haley, Amber, and Me. I’m not resting in the squat position, i promise. Lol
Austin beat his Murph time from last year and it was my first time! B
I had a protein shake + a rice cake with nutural peanut butter on it before going out to eat with the family.
We decided to go to Cheesecake Factory instead of grill or smoke anything.
Dad and I split the Beet + Goat Cheese salad. Mixed in with arugula was beets, goat cheese, and pecans. I love both beets and goat cheese, but it’s usually a distinguisged taste for others.
For my main meal, I actually ordered a turkey burger and decided to skip on the bread and take my side salad home for dinner.
I ended up taking a nap when we got back! Dreary, rainy weather always makes me want to nap….
I woke up close to 4, made myself a cup of coffee, and finished my Halo Top (dairy free) Birthday Cake ice cream. This is one of the BEST dairy free ice creams out there…besides Ben + Jerry’s dairy free. I love anything birthday cake flavored and this even has sprinkles in it!
For dinner that night I had my green salad I took home from lunch. I added more lettuce to it, and mixed in a packet of garlic + herbs tuna for more protein and healthy fats.
I ended the night watching more Supernatural and munching on a few of some Fig + Olive crackers I found at Trader Joe’s the other week. (I forgot to snap a pic and since I finished them up, I threw the box away!)
It’s still another rainy, wet day…thanks to Alberto. I plan on working more on blog posts, doing laundry, and running an errand or two before the gym tonight…and as we speak, the lights just went out. Woohoo!
Stay safe today and dry as possible! 😀
I can’t believe we are ending April! Can you believe how fast this year is already flying by??
I have decided at the end of every month to do a post sharing some of my current favorite products/things. I will post a few in the categories of health/food/fitness/beauty/random.
Anything that can be purchased I will share a link as well if you are interested.
Let’s get to it! 😀
—Maybelline Lash Sensational—
The majority of what I wear each day when it comes to makeup is foundation/powder + mascara. I love me some mascara! 1 tube lasts me a while and this last time I wanted to switch things up. I picked up this mascara by Maybelline and I am obsessed! The wand is not your normal bristle brush. It’s more of plastic bristles, but I love the way it goes onto my eyelashes. I think it helps make my eyes pop!
—EOS Pomegranate Shaving Cream—
I have been on the search a while for a good shaving cream. I have sensitive skin and it gets worse in the heat, or when I get hot. I came across a sample of this EOS shaving cream and I knew it was at least worth the try.
It leaves my skin SO smooth! I find my skin doesn’t irritate quite as much as it has in the past after using this shaving cream. Plus, the pomegranate smell leaves my skin smelling good and fresh! I had to get the big bottle of this.
—L’Oréal Self Tanners—
The closer we get into shorts and tank top season, the more I realize how white I am…and your girl doesn’t always tan easy in the sun. In most cases I get somewhat burned.
To start me off with a little color this spring/summer season, I bought both the lotion and the spray of self tanner from L’Oréal. Both products smell amazing and they don’t leave any sticky feeling after applying.
Even after working out, you can still smell the lotion. I normally use the lotion after I shower, and the spray before I get my clothes on or change. There have only been a couple of times I have used both in one day. I normally alternate.
The lotion also leaves you with a slight shimmer, which I love! 🙂
I did a post last week all about MealFit, which you can find here to learn more.
MealFit is perfect for healthy, portion controlled, delicious food and is great if you don’t have much time or you don’t like to cook. I have been loving all of the food they have to offer, including a cauliflower crust pizza that was an option last week!
Check out the website here if you want to check it out!
—Everything but the Bagel Seasoning—
I’ve been seeing people all over loving this seasoning, and I finally got around to purchasing it at Trader Joe’s. It’s just like the name: it’s all the seasoning on an everything bagel you would normally find, but without the bagel.
I have been loving sprinkling some on my egg scrambles! I can’t wait to try it on other things, like maybe avocado toast??
—Nike Metcon 3—
Since starting Crossfit, some people at the gym were telling me to get a good training shoe. I had been working out in just my running shoes but knew I needed a better shoe.
I have fallen in love with my Nike Metcons! They are definitely different from my running shoe. You can tell they are made for training and not strictly running.
—The Feeling of Slowly Getting Stronger—
Since starting crossfit back in January, I have slowly been able to tell I’m gaining more strength. Slowly, but surely. I love the feeling! Anytime I’m able to go up in weight for a move, I feel happy and strong!
Do do you have any favorite products or things you’ve been loving this month?? I’d love to hear!! 😀
If you look at our society today, it seems that everyone is always on the go, go, go.
Between school, work, working out, running errands, dropping kids off, picking kids up, all the after school activities and sports, its no wonder a lot of people turn to fast food or the quick and easy options like frozen pizzas to provide lunch or dinner.
Not saying that doing that everyone now and then is ok, because it totally is. I am all about finding a good balance…and I love my pizza too. But when we are constantly on the go, we want to be sure we are fueling out bodies with the proper nutrition it needs to thrive and function.
That’s where MealFit comes in.
Thomas Cox, the finder/owner of MealFit takes into consideration those people who are always busy. He says, “We are giving them time.” By providing these healthy meals/foods already prepared, this allows people to have more time to be at their kids games, to spend time with loved ones, and not to worry about what will be for dinner. It takes the extra time out that would normally be needed on a weekend in order to prepare foods for your week.
(Look at my friend Regina’s stash of prepped meals! She enjoys them while at work.)
MealFit started out as meal planning, and has grown into a successful business providing results oriented meal programs: healthy catering, meal planning, meal prep, family meals, personal meals, and even gym nutrition programming, support, + guidance.
MealFit originally started in 2013 in Cookeville, Tennessee, and since October 2017, it has been in Birmingham, the hometown of Thomas.
They provide meal plans, catering, and even gym nutrition programming, but something I love about them are the meal prepped meals.
Every Monday him and his staff come in and cook food for anyone who ordered meals/bowls on his website. Between 4-6pm people can pick up their food from one of several locations in the Birmingham area, most of them being gyms.
You can choose items such as the roasted chicken, ground turkey, and steak, to bowls such as the Baja Beef Bowl, Vegetarian Bowl, or Chicken + Rice bowl. You can even choose what starch you want in some of the meals: sweet potatoes, red potatoes, or jasmine rice (all of which are delicious!)
Every week there are special bowls or foods that are offered. He recently had a Baja Bowl, and this week a cauliflower crust pizza was featured.
You don’t have to order every week, so there is no commitment to ordering all the time. The only requirement is that you order at least 5 items, which is easy to do, and very worth your while!
The food provided is nothing but great quality, wholesome foods to provide nutrition for the bodies God gave us.
Thomas showed me how he cooks some of his meats. He starts off by searing it with some of their from scratch seasonings they make in their kitchen. Then it’s off to the smoker!
Cooking for large quantities of people for catering events and even these prepped meals, calls for a big smoker. This one can fit a lot of meat in there at one time, and it’s smoked with cherry wood, giving the meat it’s delicious flavor.
Full of energy and passion, Thomas gives back by providing not only great food, but time. His business is already thriving here in Birmingham: he is catering a myriad of events, providing meals and plans, and is growing with his pick up locations for these prepped meals. He told me he will soon be providing all the food for the Highlands College Students. God is doing great things and has given him a wonderful gift of outreach and helping/providing to others.
If you want in on what Thomas is providing, check out his website here. If you want to order and try any of the prepped meals, be sure to order by NOON any/every Sunday, and in check-out be sure to click on the location for your pickup.
Pick-up options are everywhere, so there will be one within your area. (Be sure to click on Birmingham and not Cookeville if you’re in the area!)
I can’t wait until my next order! If you try it out, let me know! I’d love to hear what you think and what your favorite is!
Happy Monday friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready to take on another week. Can you believe how fast April is flying by??
I have a beach tripped planned in June and it cannot get here soon enough!! 😀
I thought I’d share a little weekend recap with you guys. Let’s start on Friday…
I started my morning with a client, and fixed a quick breakfast of scrambled egg whites with spinach, and a low carb tortilla with peanut butter in it.
I had my bootcamp class at 10:30, and had an 11:30 meeting with the owner of a business called MealFit. I have a blog post all about this I will be posting later this week! I ate a cookies + cream Quest bar on the way there.
I love what this business is and all they do. I cannot wait to share!
After my meeting I ran to the bank, and had a quick lunch in my car.
Ground turkey, spinach, and sweet potatoes, with a banana on the side.
I had a little time to spare before my next client, so I decided to go get my nails done! It has been so long, but I was SO overdue for a manicure and a little self care. I love this shade of purple!
After my afternoon client, I headed home for a quick cup of coffee and a pre-gym snack of dates with peanut butter.
Because Friday was the 13th, we had a 13 themed workout. It was called “Lucky 13”
It was a lot harder than I thought! Of course, I always love the push.
It was a smaller crew on Friday night, but we all still worked hard!
I ended up really wanting ice cream for dinner….I know, I know….terrible. But if you’re a girl, you know the feeling of food cravings when you hit a certain time.
Since I was wanting ice cream, but didn’t want to blow it completely, I went with this Arctic Zero ice cream. A lot of their flavors are pretty good, and some of them have the whole pint at only 150 calories. So if you felt like eating the whole pint…..
I did have this green juice before the ice cream though, so no worries…balance. 😀
Saturday morning rolled around and I got up, drank some coffee, watched an episode of Supernatural, and headed back to the gym for a cardio + abs workout with the group.
We partnered up in this workout and swapped out between ab moves of standing oblique crunches, Russian twists, and sit-ups, and rotated the cardio between rowing, assault bike, jump rope, and running. Total rounds: 10.
I can’t begin to describe how much I love Powerhouse and all the people that I am surrounded by!
After the gym, I ran home to grab a protein shake and an RX bar, and headed out to my mid morning clients.
I came back afterwards, rested and showered, and made lunch: 1 whole egg, egg whites, and spinach, with a side of dates and a low carb tortilla with peanut butter.
After lunch, Dad and I ran some errands before any rain or bad thunderstorms came in. (You never know what to do about severe weather threats here in the south).
I ran by Hobby Lobby to get a couple things for a craft project I’ll be doing and blogging about for you guys.
After our stops, I came back home, made some coffee, and ate a snack.
This SILK yogurt was pretty good! I topped mine with a little bit of oats and a tad of peanut butter.
I was waiting to see about going to a friends for a shrimp boil, but I wasn’t sure about any more storms. Driving in downpours or storms makes me nervous and anxious!
I ended up staying home, not sure about what it was going to do, and watched a couple more episodes of Supernatural, worked on this blog post, and by then it was dinner time!
I threw some leftover chicken and some roast meat my dad cooked onto a bed of spinach, and cooked a side of homemade fries on the side.
These are super simple to make. You peel and cut up your potato into your “fries”. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet, sprinkle with desired seasoning, and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes!
Saturday night ended with Star Wars watching and a little more blog work, and then it was lights out for me!
Sunday morning started with coffee, then Dad and I went to the 8am Church of the Highlands service. The pastor there started a 7 week sermon series on wisdom. I can’t wait to hear the rest!
I was also really excited about how my curls turned out too! I’ve been learning how to curl my hair only in the last couple of weeks. I’ve been using my flat iron. I’m getting better!
Afterwards, I headed to my home church one exit back, and enjoyed a little more coffee and this ONE Birthday Cake protein bar that is delicious!
After the service, it was time for lunch!
I had a Bubba Turkey Burger and a side of a riced cauliflower medley.
For dessert I had this SoDelicious Key Lime yogurt.
I did a little more blog work, then headed over to Austin’s where we decided to go to Sonic!
My favorite thing ever to order from Sonic: tater tots and a diet cherry limeade. Never gets old!
We came back and watched Star Wars: The Last Jedi and I headed back home as he left for work. I ate a bowl of cereal when I got home and hopped straight into bed!!
I hope you all have a great Monday and be on the lookout for some other good posts this week!
